I have always believed the natural world provides all we need, and the sovereignty of all life and nature must be honored.
I recognized early that literacy in property titling and capital mechanisms is a prerequisite for economic participation and environmental advocacy. In that sense, my work is the decentralization of governance put into practice. I help organizations steward land by speaking the technical language that can stand in the way.
I started selling real estate in Beverly Hills at 20, resolved volumes of title and permitting issues in North and South Carolina, learned how to steward and zone land in the hills of Tuscany, and developed conservation programs with governments in Central America.
My intentional skill stack is comprised of real estate law & finance, business operations and leadership, private & public infratructure construction, and nonprofit governance and fundraising.
My other work includes natural medicine practice, advancing animal wellbeing, pedagogical innovation, and narrative anthropology.
